Because of tumblr, moving, and other various things (but mostly tumblr), I haven't really been around DA to post my photography... oops.

But I have a new camera, and I've been slowly getting back into the swing of things. I'll probably start posting again soon.

I've also been deleting a bunch of my older stuff that I don't really care for anymore, and I would like to apologize in advance if I delete some of your favourites.

x
I  have some new photographs to post from my vacation! Wooh!

:iconweekenddanceplz:

I'm going to start uploading them as soon as I finish this journal entry, so I should probably... stop... writing... yeahhh.

I feel like I've fallen off the face of the Earth this week, so that's why I'm "back" even though I haven't really gone anywhere... ^^;

I actually haven't taken ANY pictures this month (busy with school projects...) and I'm far too lazy to get my film developed so don't expect anything anytime soon.

Gosh. My life is so uneventful it's sad.

Have you ever experienced something you couldn't explain? Ghosts maybe? A blue police box appearing in your backyard?
Well, I may  have just experienced ghosts.

I don't think I'm ever going back to that house again.

Anyways-
Happy March 6.
I was bored of that huge wall of text taking up my profile.

Happy very-soon-to-be March!

:dummy:
I've noticed something with my journals,

THEY'RE SO BORING.

They're mostly just updates on what's happening in my life in the most BORING. WAY. POSSIBLE.

So, instead of telling you about my stupid and-very-much-broken camera, I thought I'd tell you about this AMAZING program my school is doing, along with some basic information about where I live.

If you don't feel like learning anything, go ahead and skip this.

First off, I should tell you about this ISLAND that I live on.

For all of my life I've lived on a rock in the South-West Coast of British Columbia, Canada.
Immediately you may think that I'm talking about Vancouver island, BUT YOU'RE WRONG. I live on a smaller island that is South of Vancouver island. On this island there is about 2500 to 3000 permanent residents and out of those 2500-3000 residents, about 120 are children that go to school. Did you read that right? Let me repeat it for you: MY SCHOOL HAS APPROX. 120 STUDENTS, GRADES K-8 See? SMALL ISLAND. Now, despite it's size, my school is pretty awesome. Y'know that Olympics thing that happened in Vancouver last year? My WHOLE school got to see venues, pretty awesome eh? But that's off topic. This year, the teachers of the "older" students (Gr. 6-8) decided that every Tuesday, the students would spend two blocks researching about or doing something that they have a passion for, let it be photography, construction, or cooking, the students will use all the school's resources to study whatever they want. The teachers also had a wonderful idea that they would involve the community and get some professionals helping out the students. This program has been going on for a couple of weeks now, and it's pretty amazing.

I would really like to tell you what the program's called and give you  a link to the website, but I would rather not post the exact island that I live on for all of the internet to see et cetera.

So, yeah. That's the program and some information about this silly little rock I live on.

If you have any questions about this program I can answer SOME, but not all of them.

If you read ALL of this, I would like to congratulate you, and I would like to give you some cheese :cheese:

I'm REALLY tired at the moment so if there's any grammar mistakes, spelling mistakes and so on,  please tell me right away!

My hand is starting to cramp from typing for so long so I'm going to stop typing now.

Bye!
I probably won't be uploading anything anytime soon.... (camera's broken again)

But y' never know, last time I said that I uploaded something RIGHT after!

So.

Yeah.

I feel super lazy for not saying anything else......

So I'll put lots of space between each sentence.....

Thanks for reading! :meow:
Sorry this is late, but HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
So.

I re-organized pretty much EVERYTHING in my gallery, so if you notice that some photos are gone, or have a different name...don't be alarmed. Okay? I just wanted to warn you guys that.

For people just visiting for the first time, you probably have no idea what I'm talking about.

-Ivy.
Nevermind. My camera's working fine now.

HAPPY DECEMBER EVERYONE.

Attention people who probably don't care right now,

I just got back from seeing Gorillaz in Vancouver yesterday! It was AMAZING! If you have the chance, you should really go! They played pretty much all their singles (Clint Eastwood, Feel Good inc, 19/2000, ect...) But they played A bunch of songs that I didn't even think that they would play: Punk, Don't Get Lost in Heaven and Demon Days! Anyways, all in total, it was probably the best concert I've been to.

Chow,

Ivy.

Yeah, you'll never know when you'll need to call on the dark side for story ideas! Espescially if you never write dark stuff. If you're confused, I can't blame ya. But I think all I should say is one of my friends is writing a VEERRRY dark story thing and I helped a little... I CAN SAY NO MORE. So, maybe I'll get to post it. Maybe I won't. WHOKNOWS! That is all. You are dismissed.
